The hotel provided us with plenty of room and had amazing touches that gave it a homey feel. However, cleanliness could have been better as there were issues like mold in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The service was fantastic and extremely accommodating, even waiting up for us for a late check-in. The location was great, very close to the beach and just a short walk to the center of Surfers. The dining options were enjoyable, especially at the nearby bowling club and metro coffee spot. The facilities were well-equipped with everything we needed.

My stay was fantastic! The rooms were more spacious than newer ones and being situated on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area was a real treat. We never felt disturbed by other tenants, which was a huge plus. The service was top-notch - the Surfers were fantastic people, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was just perfect, nestled between Surfers Paradise and Pacific Fair Mall, making it easy to get anywhere. Walking distance to shops and the beach was so convenient, and having a corner shop just around the corner for groceries was a real bonus. However, the next-door units had water hammer issues, leading to loud bangs at all hours, which was a bit of a downside. The dining options were great with the bowling club and metro coffee serving the most amazing breakfasts. The hotel facilities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.
